About Us

I am halfway through the Kundalini for Beginners course and LOVE it!! Jaye is a wonderful teacher, and the course has been great for completely letting go of ego, appreciating and focusing on the breath and deep relaxation. I love the gongs during relaxation. Completely different to other yoga classes/courses and compliments other forms of yoga perfectly
