NeuroVascular online sessions

Join me for 3 sessions on releasing tension with your OWN hands. I will be demonstrating through Zoom and YOU will be AMAZED how such simple techniques can help so much. If you have anxiety you will also notice some relaxation through this process.

Only $150  for 3 sessions

Week one will be working on releasing nerve and tension through the neck and shoulders and is ideal
This is achieved through a process known as flossing
The 3 different types of flossing include:

  •        Tissue Flossing

Where you move your body to allow tissues and fascia in your body to slide and glide to help open up the tissue improving its elastic response.

  • Nerve Flossing

Where you move your body gently and slowly to compress and then release nerves or nerve groups. This gentle and slow movement allows the nerves in our body to untangle and therefore release tension in the nerves.

  • Joint Flossing

Where you move your body in such a way that helps your joints exercise to their full range of motion. This progressively improves our mobility as well.
All these types of flossing focus on movement to help heal and balance our bodies and are very helpful in releasing and alleviating tension in the body. Fascia is connective tissue that runs throughout our body. It is a sheath-like webbing that keeps all our tissues and bones supported, protected and in their ideal place. Fascia needs to be flexible and elastic so that we can move our bodies properly and so our organs can function freely without being squashed. However, due to poor posture, over-caffeination, dehydration, plus the constant pull of gravity, fascia becomes stiff and ‘stuck’, restricting our movement and causing us pain, fatigue, chronic illness and premature aging

I’m teaching a powerful 3 sessions each Saturday at 2pm starting help YOU release your OWN fascia. Starting with neck and shoulders.

Due to the coaching nature of this format, you are able to record and keep your online sessions (if using ZOOM) for future reference and I will follow up with written handouts covering the material so that you can practice all of the techniques on your own.
Only $150  for 3 sessions-

Sat Nam Rasayan
Sat Nam Rasayan means “Deep relaxation in the true identity”. It is an ancient meditation technique and healing art in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga. When you enter a state of Sat Nam Rasayan you becoming nothing and simply operate from the state of shuniya. The mind of the Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner becomes transcendent and in the vastness of this consciousness, healing can occur.

Traditionally this art was taught to heal others. It helps to release tendencies and limitations in body, mind and emotions (the common reasons for sickness). The self healing powers of the body become activated and we are able to meet life in a more balanced and clear state.

Sat Nam Rasayan works on a subtle level through the projective meditative mind. It allows the healer to access and balance the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and ether) and the pranic body. The process involves holding a neutral, contemplative state of awareness of everything – in the beginning this means “all sensations” and then allowing the resistances to change and/or release as we continue to hold our state of awareness
